Coach Darren McGurn brings an accomplished collegiate playing career to the coaching staff. A four-time All-American at Ohio Wesleyan University, McGurn was named NCAA Division III Player of the Year and Attacker of the Year as a senior. He finished his career with 186 goals and 290 points, ranking among the top three in program history in both categories.
During his four years, Ohio Wesleyan went 53-13, won three NCAC championships, and advanced to the NCAA Division III semifinals four times. McGurn earned NCAC Player of the Year honors as a freshman and was a four-time All-NCAC selection.
In 2021, McGurn was inducted into the Ohio Lacrosse Hall of Fame as a member of the Class of 2020. He currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
