HOW TO ROSTER

 

STEP 1: Gather Your Team's Information

 

You will need each 

  • Player's First  
  • Player's Last Name
  • Parent/Guardian Email Address

 

The email address must be the legal parent/guardian.  

Athletes should not be added to a coach's or team manager's profile.

 

STEP 2: Find Your Team

 

  • Log in to your PlayerFirst Account 
  • Navigate to TEAMS find the team you are rostering
     

3. Enter Your Roster

 

  • Select the  icon to begin Adding Your Roster.
  • You will be prompted to agree to the Code of Conduct
  • Choose how you will create your Roster 
    • Start From Blank Roster or Copy Prior Team

 

Start From Blank Roster

  • Select Add Roster
  •  Select Add Athlete Row to type in each player's information, or Upload Roster to import CSV  - Click CSV to download the template

 

All columns on the CSV must be included when uploaded

Please include on ONE email in the email columns

Copy Prior Team

  • Choose the Team from a previous event you would like to add 
  • Select COPY PLAYERS
  • Athletes from that team will be added to the Roster

 

4. ADD COACHES

  • Add Coaches to your Roster- coaches added to the roster will receive league/event communication 
  • A Head Coach must be added and designated as a head coach, with an email address and a cell phone number must be added to a Roster before it can be saved.

5: SAVE

  • To SAVE your roster, all required athlete and coach information must be complete.

 

6: SEND WAIVER AND ROSTER EMAIL

  • Email parents/guardians of all athletes who have incomplete waivers.
  • Request the parent/guardian to update their contact information, the athlete's profile, and any recruiting information necessary is complete. 

 

7: MANAGE & FINALIZE

 

  • MANAGE waiver status, add players, and send reminders from your TEAM Page until your roster is finalized

 

 

 

  • Once you have added your coach(es), finalized your players, and all waivers are signed, FINALIZE your Roster.


Only players who have completed their waivers will be listed on the final roster submission and will be allowed to participate in the event.
