Coach Tony Souza is one of Georgia’s most respected and successful lacrosse coaches. As Head Varsity Coach at The Westminster Schools, he led the team to its 8th Georgia State Championship in 2023 and has helped Westminster earn eight state titles overall. With 349 career wins and counting, Coach Souza is the winningest lacrosse coach in Georgia history. He has received numerous coaching awards at the state and national levels and is known for developing players both on and off the field. A former captain and standout player at Lehigh University, Coach Souza brings decades of experience, leadership, and a true passion for teaching the game to every athlete he works with.
